Terms of use
1. What WisePunt is
WisePunt provides informational UK horse-racing each-way value alerts delivered as private Telegram messages. Alerts may include horse, meeting, bookmaker odds, each-way terms, and a suggested stake sized with a Kelly-style rule. We only aim to send alerts when the calculated stake is positive.
2. Not financial advice
WisePunt is not a financial adviser, tipster guarantee service, or betting operator. Content is informational only. You decide whether to place any bet. Nothing on the site or in alerts is investment, legal, or tax advice.
3. Gambling risk
Gambling involves risk and can be addictive. You may lose money. Stake only what you can afford to lose. You must be 18 or over. For support, visit GambleAware.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid access is a subscription of £10 per month GBP, billed in UK pounds via Stripe. By completing checkout you agree to pay the stated price and to these Terms. Stripe processes payment; card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by WisePunt.
5. Cancel and manage
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Stripe’s customer portal: Manage billing. You may also use the customer portal link in your Stripe receipt email, or contact hello@wisepunt.co.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals according to Stripe’s billing cycle; it does not refund time already billed unless we say otherwise in writing.
6. Telegram delivery
After payment you must manually link Telegram via @WisePuntBot using the same email as checkout. Alerts are private DMs. Delivery depends on Telegram availability and a successful link. We are not responsible for missed alerts due to blocked bots, wrong email, or offline devices.
7. Acceptable use
Do not share paid alerts publicly, resell access, abuse the bot, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.
8. No performance promises
Alert volume varies. Positive Kelly does not mean a bet will win. We do not guarantee profits, hit rates, or continuous alerts.
