Privacy
1. Who we are
WisePunt (trading as WisePunt) provides informational UK horse-racing each-way value alerts. Contact: hello@wisepunt.co.uk · www.wisepunt.co.uk.
2. What we collect
- Checkout email and billing data — collected and processed by Stripe when you subscribe (£10/month GBP).
- Telegram link data — the email you send with
/link, plus the Telegram chat identifier needed to deliver private alerts. - Support messages — if you email hello@wisepunt.co.uk.
- Basic site logs — standard web hosting logs (IP, user agent) via our host (e.g. Cloudflare Pages), used for security and reliability.
3. How we use data
We use your email and Telegram chat id to confirm an active Stripe subscription and to deliver each-way value alerts to the right private chat. We use Stripe for payment, invoices, and subscription management (including cancel). We do not sell your personal data.
4. Processors
- Stripe — payments and customer portal (Stripe privacy).
- Telegram — message delivery to your account (subject to Telegram’s terms and privacy policy).
- Hosting / CDN — serving this website.
5. Retention
We keep subscription and link records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing disputes, fraud prevention, and support. You can ask us to delete link data after cancel by emailing hello@ — we may retain limited records where required for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your choices
Manage or cancel billing via Stripe Manage billing or your receipt email. For access, correction, or deletion requests about data we hold, email hello@wisepunt.co.uk.
7. Children
The service is 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from under-18s.
8. Changes
We may update this notice; the date above will change. Material changes may also be noted on the site or by email.
